Is my hair curly or wavy? Or mixed?

My hair has ringlets, but they are really loose, and the back of my hair rarely coils up and stays wavy. Am I actually curly or just wavy. or is the back just a different curl pattern?

Also any tips on what to use for frizz would be great, in this picture the only product I have in is leave in conditioner from miss jessies
