Old plugs out new in

More of a success post! 2019 with 55k. Changed out the old plugs and went much better than I expected. New plugs came in at 0.026 even though Rock Auto and GM lists them at 0.03.... which was just perfect. The old plugs were a tiny bit ashy with not bad carbon buildup. Running good with the new ones! If you haven't changed em go for it!

Panel removal

2019 Cruze. Does anyone know how to pop off the driver's side C Pillar panel without destroying it? Seems there's a little flap I open, then may need a tool to then pop it off? Anyone know? I need to replace the key fob receiver.

Now Assist in Virtual Agent - Have VA present a topic over a Knowledge article

While configuring Now Assist in Virtual Agent, we are trying to create a topic that displays a specific knowledge article and asks the user If It resolved their Issue. If resolved, the topic closes; otherwise, It triggers a topic block to create an incident.

The Issue Is that the Now Assist chatbot provides a summary of the KB article before executing the topic block, which then displays the article information a second time.

Is there a way to prevent Now Assist In VA from automatically returning the KB article first so that It only runs the custom Topic?

Any help I can get is appreciated!

Help!! Glue bridging two teeth

I need some help. My retainer glue broke off on one of my bottom teeth. I went back to my orthodontist and they glued it back... However it seems they bridged two of my teeth together (above the wire) with the glue connecting them. I can't floss down anymore because of it (from the top down to the wire). I assume this is not normal, is that correct?

Is this clear coat failure?

I have a few of these on my hood that look like a glazed donut was sitting on top. Is this clear coat failure? 4 months ago I did polish the vehicle and put a ceramic coating on but haven't noticed these until now. Maybe ceramic coating failure? I usually wash it couple times a month with a rinsless wash as well. Any idea?

Got this weird ring on my hood

I have a weird looking ring on my hood about the shape of a crispy cream donut. I tried getting a picture but this was the best I could get. It doesn't wipe away. I was thinking a large water spot, or maybe clear coat failure? I polished and ceramic coated about 4-5 months ago. Any help is appreciated.
