new number issues

I got a new number about 2 weeks ago, and I have tried calling to get it changed multiple times to no avail.

I called and every time they said they’ll send me a one time passcode. I gave them my new number to send the code to, and they said they’ll weren’t able to send me the code. My number is working I’ve gotten texts from everyone else like websites other apps contacts everything, so I don’t even know why that’s the case but whatever.

Then, they said they’ll have to have a special representative call me in 1-2 days. The first time they didn’t give me a reference number like they said, and I never received a call. The second time they gave me a reference number, but I also never received a call. I waited a week for both of them just in case it took longer.

I really don’t know what the issue is. I wish I could just get an email or something to verify, but they only have the phone option. I don’t wanna keep calling to go through the same thing of waiting and never getting an actual fix. I just want to log into my bank account lol.
