Recommendations for cheap dupes

Hi all, my friend is asking me for make up recommendations but as she only wears occasionally she doesnt want to spend a ton of money. I invest in the higher end stuff cus … well I am someone who subscribes here and thus quite into it.

Can anyone point me to cheap dupes of what I want to recommend otherwise? Things to know, we are in our 40s, shes combo skin, oily in t zone and dry elsewhere. She has no real budget issues except the price to use point so if something is midgrade price its probably ok.

What I use and want to recommend but is too pricey for her occasional use.

1.) foundation: Chanel foundation ultra le teint
2.) blush: charlotte tilbury pillow talk creme blush / stick
3.) mascara: dior diorshow
4.) lip: lipstain and volumizer by dior - dior addict though she noted she likes a pop of color if shes bothering so heavy stains might be better.

She is not interested in eyeliner but if someone has a rec for a good cheap one that might be good for her to have in her back pocket.

Im dry everywhere so I dont have good primer recs for her.

Shes also interested in concealer for acne and under eye

No particular shade dupes just want good quality brand / lines for the price.

Thank you lovely people in advance!

Raynauds of Nipple?

I am 43f and got raynauds first round like 3-4 years ago. Just hands and feet so far.

I noticed recently that I’ve had nipple morphology changes, when aroused - its darker, smaller areola, slightly dipped nipple with increased sensitivity / slight irritation then the other one / than it used to be. Ive gone to my doctor and am awaiting imaging as of course a possible cause is breast cancer. I had an MRI screening mammo 6 months ago that was clear (family history precaution). My doctor asked me to read up on raynauds of the nipple and see if that sounds like what Im experiencing- a hunch she has given what she saw in her breast examination and given my recent clear MRI.

What I can find to read on it notes a white nipple or tons of pain but thats not been my experience. Curious if anyone here has raynauds of nipple and similar concerns. (Side note: dont worry im not here to find a reason to not be alarmed and ill be doing doing all the testing no matter what is said. ill definitely be getting imaged etc).
