Randomly got this animation glitch while trying to haul all my loot back to STC Malachite. Kinda wish Skif would walk like this normally all the time now.

I'm looking at buying another truck and I found one that is in pretty good condition except for this rust on the frame. Is it bad enough that I should pass on it? Is it fixable for fairly cheap? These are the photos that were sent to me of the rust. Truck is about 2.5hrs away so I wanted to see if it's even worth the drive to look at it
