Rest of the card is immaculate but there’s a tiny lift on this corner

My dog bear who is 14 has had this skin right on his eye for the last 3 years slowly growing, he’s a very very healthy dog with many years of life left. My question is; is it worth getting this removed? How much it would roughly cost and what is it?
