Zero accountability

I ordered vegetables from BigBasket. Since there were many items in the delivery, I did not inspect each one immediately when the delivery rider handed over the order. However, when I unpacked the vegetables, I found broken pieces of a glass bangle mixed with them. I immediately raised a return request through the app, but it was not accepted. I then posted about the incident on X to seek assistance. For the past three days, BigBasket's team has been repeatedly contacting me on X, and today the local BigBasket city manager called me and mentally harassed me. Instead of addressing the safety issue he accused me of placing the broken bangle pieces in the vegetables myself. I clearly informed him that I have timestamp evidence showing exactly when the order was delivered and when I took the photographs. I also told him that he could collect the broken bangle pieces and have them examined or tested if required to determine their source. There is also a widow in our household who does not wear bangles. Initially the manager himself admitted that there are female workers involved in packing and that someone's bangle might have broken during the packing process. However, he later changed his stance and started blaming me instead of investigating the matter. The manager is saying that I'm doing this for money What to do now. How can i make them take food safety concern seriously. Posting it here to warn people about safety issue
