Is this paint correction salvageable?

Recently took my vehicle in for a professional paint correction and ceramic coat. It’s been a couple weeks, with one hand-wash, but still getting a crazy amount of buffer trails in direct sunlight.

Question: is this salvageable without fully re-correcting and coating? AND if so, would you trust the same shop to take a second pass at it?

Am I Upbadging?

I’m the owner of a 1992 BMW 525i, that’s been engine and transmission swapped with an S50/5-speed out of a 1995 M3. Previous owner added the M badge and I keep going back and forth on if it’s upbadging and should be removed. Hoping the experts can weigh in
