I’m hoping to hit up Goldbug in the morning with my dog. She will not be getting in the springs at all. She’s an off leash girl but loves to run through water and I don’t want her to have that option. Are there places I can tie her up so I can soak? I’ve never been there before.

I just got a new Apple Watch 11. When I went for a walk and tried to record it in workouts it would pause every 10 seconds. I turned off all the pause options. I don’t want to disable the wrist selection because I want the hear rate recording. I am heavily tattooed on both arms, I heard that might matter. Is there a way to get it to record or another app that will record heart rate, distance, and potential calories? I hate that I spent $700 on a watch and can’t use it to workout. I had a Garmin but I wanted the better heart rate capability of an Apple Watch due to health conditions plus other capabilities of the watch.
Hello! I work full time as a nurse. I wanted to get my masters in leadership and I’m looking at OHSU. Has anyone done their program while working? I’m hoping for the part time option.
Has anyone done the MSN in Innovation? If so is there any feedback? I’m looking at that MSN to move into nurse leadership but unsure if it’s appropriate
