I am planning to start a small business in Kalinga Nagar.
I am confused between two ideas:
A soft playzone for kids (birthday parties, toddlers playzone)
A gaming arena with only PS5 setups (maybe 3–4 consoles, hourly play model)
From what I have seen locally, there are students + some families, but not sure what will actually sustain long term.
Which one would work better in a place like Kalinga Nagar?
