Bad part: I think my college ditched me.

But now, the warden says the college doesnt need it.

I don't know what to do now.

I dont want my efforts to go waste. I know this might be a problem in other institutions too. But I am clueless on how to approach them.

I am from India.

I created a small platform for schools and colleges to get their fee paid by the students online, nothing manual.

Main objective is to reduce the tedious manual work of billing each student, and most of the time the fee is paid via card or cash in-person.

I know that few colleges have a tie-up with their banks. However this is for those who don't.

I am registered as a sole proprietor. I need split payments feature. I approached many platforms like Razorpay and Cashfree. Got to know I need to change my entity type, need a >40L revenue.

So I thought of registering institutes as merchants through the affiliate programs.

Now Razorpay says they are gonna charge 2% + GST for each transaction.

I have a prospective client. When calculated, 42k per month was the fee institute was charged. The institute will not be paying that much.

What do I do now? I am blank and cannot think of anything. Can anyone help please?
