Eating less as a vegan

Usually people say when going vegan you’re gonna have to eat a lot more because you’ll feel hungrier. But I find myself actually eating less like sometimes 2 meals or less a day. TBH I don’t even know why. My typical day of eating would prob be a tofu scramble, 2 Ezekiel bread toasts, and vegan sausage. If I’m feeling hungrier later I’ll prob eat some tvp. But i never snack anymore. Can anyone explain why exactly this is happening? When I was non veg I’d be able to put away like 3 meals and snacks In between. The most interesting part about this (not sure if this is tmi) but I’m pooping like a lot a lot more even tho I’m consuming less food. If anyone could explain the science behind this that would be great

Coming out to homophobic parents (officially)

I’m a lesbian teen (16) and I’ve known I was a lesbian since I started middle school. That’s also when I started my first secret relationship. Of course my parents snooped through my phone and found everything, they shamed me, guilt tripped me, and sent me to a Christian camp. After the Christian camp they took my phone away for like a year! This loop has been happening for the last 5ish years where they take my phone for long periods of time like it’s gonna wash away the gay. My mom even put me in therapy for my gayness. I feel like I’ve matured a lot more since then and they haven’t taken my phone in over a year. But I’m just so afraid to officially come out because my family is extremely republican and Christian. I’ve came out to my brother and some of my cousins because they kinda already knew by looking at me. I don’t wanna get my phone taken away or privileges taken away but they don’t understand that taking things away won’t change me. My parents definetley aren’t the type to kick me out of the house but they would not accept me. Idk what I should do

What do you think about SKYLRK?

I’ve personally only bought two pieces of SKYLRK merch. One online and another at the SKYLRK popup. But something I noticed was that the quality is pretty inconsistent when it comes to the hoodies some are super thin and others are super thick. I also think it’s stupid to get a hoodie dry cleaned. What do you think?

How to deal with annoying non vegan family members?

Everyday I have to hear bs from my dad about me being vegan. He always tells me that he doesn’t think veganism is for animals, says that vegans are like “zombies” and that they aren’t healthy. I’m a baby vegan only 6 months but man I hope I don’t have to hear this for the rest of my life.
