M20 3.0 - Turning issues ?

Considering the ENGWE M20 3.0 to replace my existing traditional fat tire ebike.

Only thing of concern is the overall stability/controllability when turning of the bike, for both regular road turns, but also weaving/avoiding.
Have ridden another ebike that pulls you INTO the turn when you start turning and felt very nervous on that. Whats the verdict on this? Is it aggressive when turning? or can you easily one hand it for example?
Also how is that at speed? Like swerving/avoiding/weaving ? (Which is really where I am super concerned)

Thanks for any insights

Battery standards - are they becoming less standardized?

In the market for a new ebike, upgrading from my 7+ year old model.
The only issue i had with that bike was the battery loosing ability to hold a full charge, and $200 for a replacement (plus more ah!).

So decided i would check where to find a replacement as part of my new bike search.
However it seems that so many bikes are using less and less common package/connection standards.
Coming from the Lectric style rectangular ones that fit inside the frame. I stared looking into those ones that are external, wedge shaped... but those all appear to be different dimensions, but are the connections the same ? I cant work that out.
Then there are 36v which seem super rare
Ones that partially slot into the frame is more common ,but are all different ?
52v variations of the above which also seem super rare and super expensive
and i am not even looking at 72v !

I figured by now they would all be more standardized, not less (or so its seems to me...)

Is there a more common standard/format i should keep an eye out for, opening up the lower cost 3rd party market when the time comes for a replacement ?
Ie 48v model #ABC-123 ?
