Surgery and feeling like myself

Hi 👋

I'm 28, no pregnancies, HSD, and I developed cystocele and a rectocele.

I had surgery a couple months ago with a beyond traumatizing surgeon. To make matters worse, despite asking multiple questions and times about my surgery, I was never informed I would have perineum stitches.

Anyways, I've been cleared for activities and started pelvic pt up and I'm really having a hard time feeling like myself. I just feel so sad for my body and what it has been put through (and how enduringly horrible the recovery has been) and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips? My perineum also still hurts, but looked good to surgeon and pt

It didn't help that pelvic pt was very surprised I had stitches there.

I'm trying to get a therapist, but that's been a challenge due to multiple chronic illnesses.

I'm going to talk to pelvic pt about this too (I've seen her before over the past couple years)

Thanks :)

Ideas

Arms are different lengths forearm crutches

Hello

I'm wondering if anyone else deals with this or has any ideas

The lower part of my arms are different lengths so the forearm crutches I got fit great on one side, and I'm in between notches on the other. The crutches are great for as pictured-standing support while using hands-, but it's been a challenge walking.

I thought about arthritis crutches but don't love how low the weight limit is on them (220lb/ 99.79 kg)

I am going to ask physical therapy in 2 weeks, but hoping to get some support before then

Thanks

Trouble with Galaxy store app updates

I have a S24 and from what I can tell no age restrictions active in settings. This started in the past couple months with one app and now it's a bunch it won't update. Open to ideas
