I have made it to the four year mark off all medication after a bullshit bipolar diagnosis, 25 years of polypharmacy, and tapering myself off a 6 drug cocktail. I am living a healthy, low stress lifestyle, worked through most of my trauma, and enjoy life now. Since my last update, my memory and processing have improved, not back to their original sharpness, but significantly better off meds. Sleep is good, 8-10 hours per day, no issues falling or staying asleep. Weight is s healthy. Hair is thick and healthy. Emotions are strong and healthy. Sex life-healthy. If I can recover from 25 years of heavy, poisonous polypharmacy, several inpatient stays and years of coercion and lies from multiple “mental health professionals,” you can too. Psychiatry is a scam, and it’s killing people. Stay strong my friends.
