Currently have a 1080p 40" 60Hz TV, I want the cheapest and best option for GeForce Now Ultimate, however I'm unsure as to which device would be best.

I've been looking at Mini PC's like the N95/N97/N100 which are roughly the same price as a Shield Pro.

Is there any noticeable visual improvements between a Mini PC and Shield Pro?

I know Mini PC's that support AV1 decoding have better image quality, although some users report no difference.

I plan on using keyboard and mouse as that's what I'm used to compared to using controller.

Should also mention that I'll have it connected via Ethernet although neither device will fully utilize my 2.5Gbps internet speed.

I sold 2 separate items through auction on eBay and the buyer who won both auctions has requested that I combine postage for both items so they don't have to pay extra.

Is this possible and if so how as eBay don't really make it very clear on how to do it?

They haven't paid for both items yet.
