Looking for a drainage engineer who can help without a permit for a residential home. Have had required surveyed done but the city is requiring a drainage plan signed off by a Texas PE. Any recommendations out there?
If you have a home with a chlorinated pool, what is your maintenance cost? What’s your cost for doing it yourself? What’s the cost of having a “pool guy”?
Gah! So frustrated. Every April-May I do all my doctor check ups and imaging (mammograms and dexa) and the registration process is so stupid.
First you are asked to register on the online portal. Okay done. Then you show up for your appointment and you have to fill in all of the exact same information on a paper form. Where does this paper form go? Why do I have to fill out and provide the same information in paper format and digital? And the wavers I signed online, why am I signing them on paper too? Or even better why do I have to sign the same damn wavers on the ipad the front desk hands me at registration?
I’ve started filling out the paper form with “see portal,” or “completed on portal,” or “already provided.” I also leave blanks on the forms. I don’t ever fill in my social security, address or email address. I’ve never been asked to fix or complete the missing information on the paper forms. Further proving that the paperwork is worthless.
