Food 2 or 3 times a day?

Sup people! My Ozzy is growing and he will be 6 month on the 22th of May. I am weighing him once a week on Sundays and today he is 19.5kg bodyweight (working-line). He is getting food 3 times a day, when should I go down to 2? Of course with the same amount of food just splitted in 2

Hello people,

As the header says, I am having random spike in my awake time while sleeping. Going from my usual 7-8% to 12-13%. I kept all the same, nothing changed as I am a very routine person

Did somehow WHOOP update anything that I miss in the past days? My band is as tight as usual too.

Someone else noticing the same?

150kg, around 90% of 1RM for a double

ATM focusing on a kind of powerlifting cycle to gain musclemass and strength

Any tip on my form? Or something I should focus on?
