When it shows you the little aftermath of your investigation reports, are the redacted ones supposed to be the ones where you found "the truth"?

I appreciate stuff can change between now and final version and that sometimes choosing who to blame can have interesting consequences (supposedly at least) but I was curious in case I didn't understand what they were trying to convey.

Hey guys, finally got around to revisiting this gem on mobile. Quick question though. I started a regular campaign as Greece, and during the first turns I was able to capture an Ottoman Brig. I have Brigs as well from the little Port I start with, including some in my first fleet.

However, when I sail the whole fleet back to the port, I can repair my own Brigs, but not the captured one. Am I doing something wrong? I have set all the settings to the Original ones.

Any help is appreciated!
