At the beginning of the episode, Eliot talks about falling asleep and destroying the server room. He then shows Darlene the Mr Robot jacket an puts on the mask from "The Careful Massacre of the Bourgeoisie"

>!Just doing a rewatch and was wondering, while we know the real Elliot is only shown at the end of the show, is he ever the real Elliot here? The person who was at work being harassed at work before he "fell asleep" or the person who was talking to Darlene before he puts on the mask? It sort of seems like the master mind is created when he puts on that mask or when he was destroying the server room.!<
