I love how they had to cast a load of “ugly” people for this. There must be so many extras lining up for that.

There’s a great moment in S9E6 where Susie says “Wow, you’re the only guy at this table that could hold on to a woman”.

I highly recommend those who have access to the full series to watch each final/first episode where the Doctor regenerates. It’s a fascinating experience which thrusts you through the changes of pretty much everything about Who. I’ve just got to Pertwee which is a massive shift. My hope is that it will help give a fast overview of how the series has evolved. My immediate thought is that we may be at the natural end of the cycle and after a while another reboot will refresh things.

I have been binge watching Curb for the last week, just finishing S5. What has struck me is the escalation of absurdity as the series goes on. LD clearly having so much fun coming up with more and more ridiculous scenarios. Add to that my recent discovery that LD doesn’t care about continuity at all, it just makes everything funnier!

46yo xennial here. Just had four buzzballs and put the album on again. Holy shit. Every time I listen to it I realise I need to go back over the discography, but I don’t. Life happens. This album is such a smack in the face, I laugh and cry over and over. I love these guys so much.

I am furious at how Harry and Joe treated the scrabble lady. I always really enjoy that section and was really looking forward to seeing how they would encourage amusing information about the game. Joe just sat there uncomfortably like he wanted to leave and Harry made no helpful questions just kept interrupting. Very disappointed. I thought at least Joe would have hyped her for being the top uk woman in scrabble.

I’ve had him in my feeds mostly for morbid interest for the last few months. I’m done. Unsubscribed. I will check in to see what’s happening but I don’t want to give this guy any more attention, because that’s what he wants.
