BP 89/53 😳; toenails growing ridiculously fast

Lost 14% of my body weight. Skin is saggy. But I'm happy. I have to be careful standing up too quickly!

Edit: recalculated % lost

Adopted a traumatized cat. Trying figure out next steps

Our new cat was unfortunately alone with her deceased owner's body for days before being extricated by sheriff's deputies and taken to the pound. She had lived with one person her entire 5 years. She is currently at our son's apartment, where it is quiet and calm, while his two cats are at our house. (They are used to going back and forth, and are also used to our resident cat.)

I'm trying to determine how soon we should make introductions, and how to go about it. One of our son's cats - currently with us - is shy (and I've been told the new cat is shy as well), so we thought we'd start with her. I'm trying desperately to make sure that neither one of them have an advantage. The OG shy cat has been bullied, and I don't want the newest edition to be yet another bully to her. I don't think OG shy cat would ever bully another cat, but I only know second and third hand information about the new cat's personality. And she's obviously been through a lot, so who knows what her personality is going to be like.
