I would like a reference in my D&D game for a particular noble elf family. five characters which is a lot, but it can basic line art, lower on detail, like something you might see in background art in a video game or animation.

I am guessing it was around 1998 to 2004, and it was ef a TV trailer bc we saw it enough to make an inside joke out of it. i think the voice repeats "nobody" in a whisper afterwards. I think its nnear the end of the trailer? I actually like horror now in my thirties and I'm wondering what the heck it was

The main request is for Character art for my TTRPG character. I imagine probably a bust-up at my price point. Anime or anime adjacent style. 90s long haired over the top bishounens are a touchstone for me, so ability to work in that space is an asset. Ability to draw fancy clothes also great.
