Seller set delivered date to the day after I ordered now I can't refund an order that never arrived
Title basically but I ordered a shirt on June 3rd and for some reason (I assume the seller) the delivery date is June 4th. I finally gave up and assumed this shirt is never going to arrive and so I go to request a refund and find out that Etsy's policy won't let me request one outside the seller because it's been over a month since the delivery date... Which is set to the day after I ordered it which would be impossible since it's coming from another country.
This shirt was almost $45 CAD after delivery charges and I don't need it anymore since I had ordered it for a 4th of July party so I just want a refund. I sent a message to the seller but what are the chances I just got scammed?
