Square Enix is not offering free nor paid upgrades from the Switch 1 to the Switch 2 version of their games, also save files are incompatible. I'd like to know what you think about it or if you have any idea of why they would do that. I personally think of it as a way of getting people to spend more and I find it insulting to the consumer. In my case I own a copy of DQXIS (wich I played for 130+ hours) for the switch and I won't be able to upgrade like I was with Hollow Knight or BOTW. Also I was looking forward to buy the DQ7 remake for the Switch since I prefer to own physical copies of my games and then upgrade it (even if it meant spending an extra 10/20€) but I won't be able to. I think this might just be the last drop with Square Enix.

I've been trying to write some poems in english but I'm not sure if my verses sound right or even adhere to the meter. I would appreciate a review of this short poem I wrote wich is supposed to rhyme (AABB) and use the iambic pentameter.

If only I inside my hands could hold

That look then I would never let it go

Could I those eyes both green and brown call mine

Then surely stars with brighter light would shine
