I donated plasma 2 times last week and now I am very dehydrated. I have an appointment tomorrow morning. Any tips on how I can fix my dehydration ? I live in Texas and it was hot AF. After my last donation, I could barely walk up my driveway. I was very faint and was so dehydrated that I could not think. My muscles were cramping very badly. Spasms everywhere. My finger got stuck in a bent position. I drank Pedialyte, Gatorade, and pickle juice. I drank plenty of water before and after. The cramps are unbearable, please help.
