i have donated to biolife in the past and i am trying to donate again. however, i moved two hours away and i am due for my physical and it will not let me do it at the one local to me. my address is still associated with my old one and it wont let me change it myself. what should i do?

I donated plasma 2 times last week and now I am very dehydrated. I have an appointment tomorrow morning. Any tips on how I can fix my dehydration ? I live in Texas and it was hot AF. After my last donation, I could barely walk up my driveway. I was very faint and was so dehydrated that I could not think. My muscles were cramping very badly. Spasms everywhere. My finger got stuck in a bent position. I drank Pedialyte, Gatorade, and pickle juice. I drank plenty of water before and after. The cramps are unbearable, please help.
