Finally hit 73 Detective Conan Chijimasetai figures 🕵️‍♂️

That includes the complete Vol. 1–11 Gashapon line, plus 10 special/exclusive Chijimasetai figures.

I’ve been collecting the Chijimasetai line for a while now, and what makes it one of the most interesting Conan merch series is the concept itself: what if everyone was affected by APTX-4869?

Across Vol. 1–11, it slowly builds this weird little “shrunk universe” where Shinichi is always the anchor, and everyone from Gin, Vermouth, Akai, Amuro, FBI agents, police, and even the Police Academy cast gets pulled into the same timeline.

For the photos, I didn’t arrange them by volume—I mixed everything together across four mini shelves and took 4 photos (up to 20 figures per image). It’s a bit chaotic, but that kind of fits the series energy anyway.

Seeing them all together like this makes it feel less like separate releases and more like one connected alternate world.

Edit: Thanks to u/ShirayukiHikari127 for pointing this out. The Chinese box actually says "Detective Group" (探侦团), not "Detective Boys" (少年探侦团). I don't read Chinese, so I relied on machine translation, which translated it as "Detective Boys." "Detective Group" fits the actual lineup much better.

Picked up the LDCX LABS × SCLA Detective Conan tug-of-war figure set and noticed something interesting.

The box calls it “Kaito Kid vs. Detective Boys”, but the actual lineup is:

• Kaito Kid
• Conan Edogawa
• Heiji Hattori
• Tooru Amuro
• Ran Mouri
• Shinichi Kudo
  • A secret Culprit (silhouette with scissors)

The only real member of the Detective Boys is Conan.

What’s even more interesting is that the set is designed as a single connected diorama—each figure contributes part of the same rope, forming one continuous tug-of-war scene.

And the secret figure isn’t just a character either. It comes with an animated blue LED USB-C cable plus an APTX-4869 capsule cable tie, which literally completes the display when lit.

So “Detective Boys” here isn’t really a literal roster—it’s more of a branding label for a mixed main-cast lineup built around a concept scene.

Not really a complaint, just something I thought was interesting as a collector: the title sells a “team,” but the product is really a fan-service crossover diorama.

Also worth noting: it’s a 6-box blind box case, so the Culprit isn’t an extra figure—it’s part of the same set pool and can replace one of the regular characters depending on the case mix.

I saw these upcoming Detective Conan embroidered pin badge biscuits and immediately got hit with camp/Scout merit badge nostalgia.

Each pack includes one embroidered pin badge (about 50 mm) from a lineup of 11 character designs, along with a butter-flavoured biscuit printed with matching artwork. The embroidered texture is what really caught my attention—most Conan merch is acrylic or metal, so these have a very different look and feel.

I know they're pin-back badges, not actual merit badges, but they instantly reminded me of the embroidered badges and patches from camp or Scouts.

With the reveal of the Kaito Kid Birthday Tour illustration, the SCLA China Conan Travel Guide series is finally complete.

The series starts with a joint birthday illustration for Conan and Shinichi, then follows Ran, Haibara, Sonoko, Amuro, and Akai each traveling to different destinations. It ends with Kaito Kid and his birthday as the grand finale of the Travel Guide project.

Just watched this promo where Detective Conan and Cure Answer characters dance to “Fun! Fun! Fun!” by Niihama Leon.

They do this “WAKI WAKI” side-to-side dance, and it honestly feels like a festival crossover nobody saw coming.

This was tied to the Detective Conan 30th anniversary celebrations and the episode:

Crunchyroll has released the official cinema poster for Detective Conan Movie 29: “Fallen Angel of the Highway”.

Conan Land 2026 officially opened today (June 12, 2026) at Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Yokohama.

The first venue will run until June 21 and features exclusive merchandise, mini-games, photo spots, and event-only attractions.
