I had a pilonidial abscess drained a few months ago and last night it was itchy so i squeezed it a bit to see if my suspicions were true and it was, yellowish bloodish oily looking liquid came out n i had my boyfriend take a look n their was a big hair trying to come out, he ripped out the hair and i made him squeeze all the liquid out til it was completely dry and i washed with plain water, put a bandaid on and went to sleep. it hurt throughout the night n hurt when i wokeup, changed the dressings and im not sure what to do now
