B200rsv chain alignment

This is my b200rsv im currently building. I put on bigger suspension and now my chain is riding the frame, not sure how I didn't see this coming. So I ordered a 60t sprocket and more 420 chain. Do I need a swing arm extension or will the bigger sprocket be enough?

I started my back right before summer, I currently only have the line work done. My question is, do you think I should finish all the linework on my upper body before going for color or finish my back and move on from there?
