Procrastination

I’ve been struggling with procrastination for over three years
I procrastinate studying for quizzes/ tests/ doing hw
Like I say “okay I’m gonna start at 9pm”
THEN I START AT 1-2am
And I end up getting 1-3h of sleep daily on school days for this
I tried apps that block
I tired telling my mom to take my phone
And I do know that if I ACTUALLY wanted to I would
But I genuinely have a phone addiction
But at the same time I have to finish my work😭
And sleeping that many hours made me also like feel sleepy most classes
Genuinely my head falls and eyes close without me knowing 😭
Also 4h of sleep? That’s a dreammm
That’s considered I slept well and I don’t feel sleepy in classes
Anyways anyone got a way to end this cycle? Please guys please 😭

67 days no sugarr!!

Okay so after 67 days no sugar (no I didn’t wait for the 67th day to say this 😭)
Anyways when I see like desserts I can easily say no since I consider it a part of my identity now
And I mean like I do kinda want the dessert but I can easily not eat it yk?😭
One thing I did notice tho
When I first cut sugar for the first few times I used to fail and then I started heavily binging sugar
But after trying so many times to cut it
Now it’s easy and it has been months since I last binged 😁
Cs I also started eating a bit of oats with coco powder and honey as a dessert (ppl eat it as a meal and my fat ahh eats it as a dessert 🥹)
Righttt I also have more energy obviously
I used to be so ugh
Like my body was tired from nothing
And yeah I recommend u keep trying to cut sugar but really be careful to not end up with a eating disorder

Ending each meal with sugar

Guys help 😭
I literally can’t feel satisfied from my meal until I end it with sugar
I tried eating fiber first
Including protein in my meal
Eating slower

Any easy workouts to lose weight fast?

So like does anyone have a REALLY good workout to lose weight and it’s easy to stay consistent with? But like easy for a 15yo girl 😭
I’ve been gaining some weight bc of my sugar addiction
I tried dieting but I wasn’t consistent
I’m open for any other ways to lose weight 🤍✨

When to eat sweeteners in my opinion

Okay I feel like when you start a no sugar diet
and you hit like PEAK cravings you should eat the sweeteners
Otherwise if you can avoid the sugar don’t eat the sweeteners either 😭
That’s ofc if ur also aiming to stop the cravings

I just randomly thought of that after eating my first dessert that uses sweeteners instead of sugar
Anyways here’s a pic of the best one I tried
It used maltitol
Problem is these tiny things are 40cals each
(According to google 😭)
They taste exactlyyyy like the chocolate digestives (but mini version)
