We are repainting our entire house again . The builder used flat paint and we would rather eggshell . After painting a section , we don’t see a big difference . We used same brand , same color scheme just eggshell and not flat . What are we doing wrong
We going under contract for a new build . We got offered 3.99%ARM for 5 years or fixed 4.99. Seller bought the rates down so not using points or nothing . My lender is recommending the ARM but I’m worried about the interest rate after 5 years . We were thinking of refinancing after 5 years that’s why we got the ARM offer . Has anyone done this and do yall think we can get a 4.99% interest rate in 5 years ?
