Hello!

Passed the msf, looking finally for an upgrade above my 50cc Vespa. Like all new folks my question is the following :

Do I go with a lower CC bike (in my case Honda Supercub ) or do I “future proof” and go for a larger bike (Vespa gts or a Yamaha max300). I’m in the US in the suburbs of New England .

For context it would be used for weekend rides / commuting during the summer/ early fallmonths. I don’t plan or touring or much if any highway riding at all. The Honda Supercub has always been a favorite of mine (I had a clone in Korea ) .

Just looking for any insight that yall may have had .

Been getting the itch to upgrade from the 50cc primavera that I have, locally two separate dealers (I’m in the US) have a 2024 gtv and the other has a 2025 gts in stock . The gtv ask ask is 7500, whereas the gts is 7691 ( I guess they added a front storage rack on) .

Any incites as to what’s the better deal? As far as differences I know the gtv has headlight on the bottom and a digital read out? I’m hoping the Vespa gurus can shed some light

Unfortunately for me my state has just passed a law essentially outlawing glocks come Oct 1 of this year .

That means whatever I wanna get I have to make moves soon. So my question is what is worth while to add to the collection? I should mention at this point in my firearms journey I enjoy collecting as I have my “duty” guns squared away.

I already have the following:

G17L gen3, g44, and a g26 gen3. I kinda wanna keep it in the 9mm range so any must haves ? My tism is leaning me towards a g17 classic ? But I’m on to recommendations
