Hi, I am planning to send a demand letter to our subdivision developer. I have a few questions about it:
Is it recommended to have it delivered personally (with received stamp or signature), registered mail, or email?
If I will be sending it through email, can I sign it digitally?
If I will be asking my co-owner to personally deliver it, can my signature be digital and his is wet-inked?
It is inconvenient for me to go to the province just to sign a document if it will be personally delivered.

For context, nabayaran namin ng partner ko yung property namin sa developer July 2025 pa. Ang sabi nila, 5 to 6 months daw bago ma-release yung DOAS. Ngayon, nagpprocess na kami ng building permit at hinihingi sa city hall yung DOAS namin.
Nag-follow up ulit kami na June 2026 na, wala pa rin yung DOAS. Minention ko na kayo lang naman ang magrerelease ng DOAS, di naman government, bakit napakatagal? On processing pa rin daw at wala silang mabigay na exact timeline.
Frustrating na siya since hindi naman dapat ganyan katagal ang processing ng DOAS. Ano kaya ang pwede namin gawin legally?

Hi! I need dashcam recommendations for daily use of an Angkas rider. Yung may camera sana sa harap at likod, malinaw ang kuha kahit gabi, at siguro can be used for 6-7 hours straight.
Naisipan kong bilhan yung boyfriend ko ng dashcam kasi tonight, muntik siyang maaksidente dahil biglang may nag-cut sa kanya na lasing na motorcycle driver din. Buti na lang wala siyang pasahero that time at baka maapektuhan pa yung trabaho niya dahil sa kapabayaan ng iba.
