I have an upcoming cruise to Europe (USA based) and booked the cruise and other travel expenses to my Amex Platinum.

I booked my round-trip airfare on my Delta SkyMiles Reserve AMEX.

I just read for coverage to apply, the whole trip needs to be on one card, or something similar to that. These are both eligible AMEX cards, would this trip be insured by AMEX? Or will I have issues if something arises?
