I hate a love hate relationship with Etsy & I don’t know what to do. Background: I started my Etsy shop to see
If I could make it happen & as a passion project. I am at 2.6K sales in 9 months so I would say I was successful in setting it up & following through with my passion project. The problem…I hate it! I don’t like majority of the customers & I just want to close the shop but i am afraid I will go back to being bored. FYI…I don’t need to work but the extra money is helpful. I am majorly burnt out. Do i just need to take a break or pull the plug & end it all? What would you?do?

My postcard shop has been really busy & now all of the sudden hardly anything!! I know my conversion rate & sales are higher than average which is why I am suddenly freaked out. Why did my shop seem to fall off of the face of the earth? I do realize there will be ebb & flow but this has been going on for longer than I am comfortable with. Are there words of encouragement, explanation & guidance. Thanks in advance for being kind with your words & your help.

I use Etsy shipping labels for my shop & I have a growing number of people saying they have not gotten their postcards. In fact, the last 24 hours I have had 8 people sending me a message saying they have not received their orders. I send the cards out in plenty of time before the last day of my processing time. WHAT AM I MISSING!?!?! I even went to my local post office to pick their brains. They said that USPS DOES NOT TRACK Pitney Bowes labels (which is who Etsy has contracted with) I am so rattled & frustrated I put my shop on vacation about 30 minutes ago to figure out mailing & tracking through someone else. How do you guys ship & track your items? Do you use another outsourced company to ship & track through?
