20M looking for a signature room smell

Hey candle gang,

I’m new to candles. Recently I’ve grown to really like them.

I spend lots of time studying in my room at night. I realized that this made my room smell not so great. Consequently, I stole a candle from my mom’s room and started using it. I found the little flame quite soothing and the smell levelled up my room in my opinion.

That being said, the candle I used is done now. Since then I’ve bought another candle, used it all up, but the smell was meh.

Now I’m on the search for a good candle. That’s why I’m here. I need a candle that…

• Has a unisex smell. Male scents are so in your face lol. But I’m a guy, so I don’t want a smell thats too feminine.
• Not too strong. Strong smells are distracting to me.
• Not too expensive. I went through my last two candles pretty quick. I don’t want to BURN through my cash lol (~$10 or less)

Like I said, I’m new, so I haven’t really narrowed down the exact vibe I like in a candle smell. I’m really open to any suggestions people may have.

Thanks a lot candle gang

Ps. Should I go for single wick or 3 wick candles?

EDC bag recommendations

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for an EDC bag that I plan to use to travel light to university, to my volunteer sessions as a medical first responder, as well as on a trip to South America in a few months.

The things I plan to carry are the following:

To school:

* iPhone 14
* Wallet
* Small power bank
* Tissue pack, lip balm, hand sanitizer
* A lightning and USBC cable
* Mini first aid kit
* Ipad air
* Emergency granola bar
* Notebook and pen

On vacation:

* Same as to school, but with my passport

Medical first response (one thing to keep in mind is that I usually have to wear a huge bag on my back with first aid equipment):

* iPhone 14
* Wallet
* Tissue pack, lip balm, hand sanitizer
* A lightning and USBC cable
* Small power bank
* 4 pairs of blue gloves
* Band-aids
* Small water bottle (probably held with a carabiner on my strap, so it shouldn't take up any real estate)
* Notebook and pen
* Emergency granola bar

I'm really struggling to find a bag because I just entered this bag world and tend to overobsess with specs! The help would be so very appreciated!
