First impressions/Aroma🥇🙌👃**:**
I bought this one kinda on a whim because I’ve never actually had any flower from stonegrove nor have I seen any reviews on this flower,so figured I’d do a review myself. immediately opening the pouch I get a nice refreshing aroma of sweet ,earthy, dessert like funk with other notes I can’t quite nail down. This one stands out from the crowd nonetheless, very pleasant in my opinion but I can see it may be being off putting to some who prefer candy or citrus strains.

**Bud structure/Cure/Grind:**🌹🏛️💉
Up next is the buds, I must say I was surprised to a nice 2g bud along with , I’m not sure if its because I’ve gotten used to the countless “smalls” being put out in recent years or what, either way , my eighth came with 4 beauties, just absolutely caked with a nice blanket of trichomes and has some prominent deep forest green mixed with some olive, and striking dark purple almost black ,scattered throughout , can’t forget those vibrant burnt orange pistils. Overall the cure seems nearly perfect, great balance of moisture and density, not leafy ,dry or lifeless at all( like I’ve seen lately from some others) and after grinding that delicious sugary funk just opens right up and now I can’t stop smelling it.

**Burn/Smoke/Flavour:**🔥💨😋
To start off the dry pull is nearly identical to the aroma and after sparking that first inhale is earthy and sweet, exhale is even more satisfying, funky, almost salty ,funny enough . Thankfully there is a lingering sweetness behind it all and honestly it’s damn tasty I have zero complaints about it, only 6 drags in and I’m very pleased with this offering. Sure the ash could be a little cleaner but I’ve had worse ,still got a pretty clean smoke , that matters more imo.

**Effects/Aftermath:**🗿
Coming out swinging, the effects are hard and the eyes start buzzing first but shortly after settles into the whole face . Slowly but surely working its way down the body with a complete sense of relaxation and euphoria ,except without the couch lock , for now I guess, not past an hour yet.

Overall: 🎬** **
Cost about 29 bucks and it beats most I’ve had at this price point , smooth n tasty ,solid from start to finish.

First impressions/Aroma🥇🙌👃**:**
I’ve been waiting for this drop ,soon as I saw it ,I just had to grab it , and RMC is one of the only growers I’ll blind buy. I’ve had the pleasure of having a different grow of super boof a few years ago and it was definitely a memorable experience, and cracking open the pouch it brought me right back to that experience, it has such a distinct aroma. Immediately I get very fresh and exotic notes of a floral ,citrus smoothie with a subtle gassy ,dessert like finish.

Now keep in mind it is very possible that I was just lucky with this bag because I did not expect to have this fat of a NUG (weighed in at 4.2g)in a quarter ,in any quarter I’ve ever gotten from the dispensary, I am quite happy with this bag and just cements Rocky Mountain as one of my all-time favourites. Regarding the cure it is superb ,even the smaller ones had perfect moisture content, nice n sticky ,kind of fluffy not overly dense but just enough to show you that it is properly cured and the plant was treated with love and care. Also can’t forget the beautiful array of colours on this flower, got the lime green leaves, the deep green, sprinkles of violet throughout and those bright orange pistils that just stand out and all together makes this some of the prettiest bud I’ve ever seen.

Burn/Smoke/Flavour:🔥💨😋
As if we didn’t already, we’re starting off strong because the dry pole is sweet straight up tastes almost identical to the aroma. It’s honestly hard to describe because it’s just so good , I may also not be describing it as well as I could be, just take my word for it , it’s unique and I’ve not had flower quite like this before. for anyone who has had the pleasure of trying “Gloc” by Orchard cannabis, this is very reminiscent of that it is in my opinion, not as overpowering with the orange taste though. It is more balanced by kind of floral cookie, slight earthy, and definitely gassing notes. The smoke itself is smooth. I don’t feel like coughing. I don’t feel any harshness in the throat whatsoever. I’m just enjoying my time and the burn is probably I’d say 70/30 salt and pepper if I had to guess. So yes, as a lot of flour nowadays the burn could be a tad cleaner and by that I mean the ash could be whiter but in most cases that points to the kind of flush the flower had, also you know being properly cured which, in this case this flower is beautifully cured, and knowing these guys, I would like to think that their process is one of passion not cutting corners.

Effects/Aftermath:🗿
I would say right now I am halfway done and I believe I rolled just under a gram so probably about .8 but my point is ,Im current on track to being properly stoned right now though right now, my mind is clear. I don’t feel anxioux or tense , any worries I had seem to just disappear and especially right now ,I noticed that the high is very balanced between the body and the head. It’s not leaning too far either way, and that is really nice especially for a hybrid you would like it to function as such ,you know? Immediately after writing this^ I started to feel it weighing down on my shoulders and the good old face buzz was setting in, similar to some of the better sativas I’ve had before. I imagine this will eventually become quite relaxed and a very euphoric experience but definitely not couch locked.

This is a dropI had pretty high hopes for ever since they first posted about growing this and let me just say props to Rocky Mountain yet again ,Ill wholeheartedly say if you’ve not tried their flower you have access to it don’t don’t sleep on any of their offerings and go get you some. But we’re talking this flower alone it’s exotic gas ,has very solid terps,a smooth smoke and a really enjoyable stone.

Back again for another RMC review and this one is coming out swinging. Considering the lineage is not one I’m particularly familiar with, I’m excited as I always am to try something new from these guys , they have yet to disappoint. As the front of the bag notes, it is definitely a minty diesel forward aroma with a little something special along with it, id like to say a nice sugary sweetness with hints of berry . Very unique and fresher than expected, but it was packed right near the end of April and the more I smell the bag the more I can see how it came out to almost 5% terps ,holy.

I can already see how some people may not be overly thrilled with the structure of the nugs in general, but you gotta remember these are” smalls”.Despite that ,the actual trichome density and coverage is gorgeous, I believe the bag appeal to be more than enough, and as my rule of thumb goes, if it smokes good, even great, I could care less how it looks. While breaking the nugs my fingers become coated , but not overly sticky either, just enough and I forgot to mention the moisture content is pretty solid, not nearly as sticky as their mandarin sunrise but a bit more manageable. On the grind the flower doesn’t yield the kinetic sand type texture , in my opinion it’s easier to work with and my lord does the aroma open up after grinding!

Ah the part of the review I’m sure most of you have been waiting for , to be quite honest the dry pull is not as strong as I had hoped but it’s still very nice and has some minty sweetness with the diesel taking a bit more of a backseat. Immediately after sparking up,my worries were put to rest 😅the taste is divine , so much do I had to do a double take, and based on the dry pull it was certainly a pleasant surprise , it hits up front with the sweet minty diesel and what must be some spicy pine. Just gotta say though, if you personally aren’t a fan of minty or gassy strains this one’s not for you. As you saw in the pics the ash isn’t perfect like 60/40 salt n pepper, normally I’d be more critical of the flower but this shit just hits different, it’s got a nice dense smoke with solid flavour.

**Effects/Aftermath:**🗿
It’s been about five minutes since I finished the joint and I am fuckin ripped ,I smoke everyday alright and I’ve not had something smack me in the face this hard in atleast 2 years , could just be me ,either way the high goes straight to dome at first , slowly moving into a very euphoric feeling in the body while any sort of tension or muscle soreness just washes away. Though the effects are relatively balanced for a strain this strong ,I imagine the rest of the night will be very relaxing,ending on a good nights rest.

Overall: 🎬
Come to think of it, this strain reminds of the Spritz 26 from broken coast, just more refined and honestly is exactly how i wish the Spritz was.If you want some flower with a tasty and (in my opinion) remarkable high combine that ,bit of that diesel/gas soaked goodness wrapped in layer of sweet mint, grab some while you can I’m pretty sure it’s a limited drop.

Upon popping the seal I get pretty loud notes of what I believe is some sugary,slightly fruity gas, but with an interesting tanginess and dessert forward diesel on the backend , harder to describe but did my best. It’s a very enticing smell though and I almost want to eat the damn joint, very excited to try it out.

Roll quality/Packaging🗞️👌📦
This is where (regardless of my past experience) blk mkt always shines, even though I’m bias to elements, being rolled in organic raw papers with a nice pressed twist on the end. Of course ,can’t forget their signature matte black glass tube that includes a unique integra pack that fits perfectly. I can’t say for certain wether its machine rolled or hand rolled but either way , they did a nice job and I’ve never been disappointed by their presentation and overall quality when it comes to the pre rolls.

Burn/Smoke/Flavour🔥💨😋
On the first couple pulls ,no joke got some flavour reminiscent of a blue raspberry slushie then fading into a gassy n earthy dessert , very pleasant flavour lingering on the palate that’s for sure. The actual burn of the joint is superb 90/10 salt n pepper, almost perfect honestly , and the stack was huge, it’s a good sign of some sticky shit and a proper cure. Really is just a clean smoke with a nice slow burn.

Effects/Aftermath🗿
I’m down 3/4 of the doob after like 10-15 minutes and I’m already feeling it, laying into the upper body,than focusing on the head buzz , waves of euphoria and a sense of relief. Just enjoying the weather ,feeling uplifted on the lake, bumping the smoke playlist ,beautiful day.

Final Verdict 🎬
I’ve had a few Blk mkt offerings in the past,but this one will definitely sit in my top 3. I honestly wish I was able to find the flower but I’ve not seen it in my area for a long time , either way I’ll be picking up more of these soon. Considering it’s their only sativa ,they did a great job. 👏

I did review this strain (Guava biscotti)recently but it was just the eighth so the buds were obviously a bit smaller and these are from the half oz I got for 64 bucks on sale ,though this was the final batch and it specified bigs ,so I’m less surprised. I pretty much always got quarters and eighths and i have never seen nugs like this, and each one is 3.5g or just over,it’s a beautiful thing.
