My pc froze suddenly and since then it only restarts it tests on the cpu on the vram then when it’s time for the vga led the pc turns off by itself restarts in a loop so I tried to remove the graphics card to start on the hdmi socket of the motherboard the error is the same restart in loop can you help me please I removed the battery to reinstall the bios it doesn’t work I also tried the trains one by one the problem remains the same thanks for ur help

The first image is that the led light of the cpu fan turns on then turns off then the moment of checking the ram the led turns off then the moment of the vga led the led turns on and the pc turns off and restarts
