4th of July junkyard sale

There's a 2001 town car L at the yard with PI heads and an explorer aluminum 2 valve. Holidays are 40% off at u pull and pay, what if I compression check, bore scope, pull engine, pull a single rod cap and check a single bearing.

put 11 bolt PI heads on the explorer block and go to the front counter pay $150

I was thinking, mill the heads .0030 to raise the compression to 10.25:1, install comp XE262H14 (Mild street cam), and speedmaster 76 intake. $2500 indestructible pump gas compatible 4.6? Should run on a stock tune and pass emissions and weigh 80lbs less

Might really get scrappy and Vaseline the piston tops at BDC and dingle ball hone the block on the stand upside down without disassembling, I've built motors before I wanna do something quick and dirty and for a 300? crank hp street machine... Has anyone done anything similar? Any advice? Cheers

Thule hybrid eBay rack

I was able to install the 54" crossbar feet onto this Thule rack I got from a friend. I think it turned out fantastic! Also yes that's a ken caroll spotlight I designed
