Can anyone please tell, what are the chances of getting a hostel seat after round 4 (comedk) . Also, do they allot hostels in South Campus to North Campus students as well, based on seat availability?
Sorry guys if this post is a bit off-topic, but the delay in COMEDK counseling is really making my anxiety spike. My rank is 216xx, and based on last year's cutoffs, I could potentially get CSE at NIE in Round 4 however, the round is getting so delayed that I'm starting to experience fomo.
Now I’m wondering whether I’ll even get a seat or not; on top of that, they allow very little time for reporting. I’m from the North, and it will take me nearly two days just to get here.
And finally, will I get a room in the hostel? If anyone can provide information on this, please help. Also, when do classes for first-year students start? If I join after Round 4, will I have to miss classes?

Hey, I got 216xx rank in comedk (gm) and currently got kle tech (bvb) in round one. I am from central (MP) and for me comedk colleges are the last option left. I was checking Rvitm official placement records and it seems pretty good to me, last year's cutoff were quite close to my rank. Can I get it in further rounds??. Ans also is it worth it considering the money I have to spend (even though I don't have any other choice but still asking).
So currently I got kle tech cs in round 1 counselling but I am guessing that I can get Rnsit cs in further rounds but should I stay with kle tech or try to go for Rnsit. I am a northie so I don't have much problem with city or location but I want better opportunities and obviously safer and better placement at the end of my academics, so which of these is better option. Also my rank is 215xx so if you know even more better option than these which I might get, please tell me.
Hey, I am from MP; I took a gap year after Class 12 but couldn't clear the JEE this year either, so I appeared for the COMEDK exam. The first-round results were declared today, and I have been allotted a seat at KLE Tech University (BVB). Given my rank, ECE at JSSATE (Bangalore) is also a possibility—I might get it in the subsequent rounds. However, is KLE Tech a good option? I ask because I don't have any good college options here in MP.
