Hello everyone. I just had my first cortisone injection in my hip after a flare up and oh my goodness I wasn't expecting the pain to be worse! It burns and feels tight now, is this normal? If so, how long did it last for you? Or should I be calling my ortho and getting back in to see him? Thanks in advance and have a beautiful day!
I'm new to feeding birds and bird watching, but it's quickly become one of my favorite things to do. Does anyone know where to buy bulk bird seed locally? I'm going through it quickly and would rather not have to run to Meijer every week or so. Also, is it better to just buy the songbird mix or perhaps buy the cheaper stuff and a bag of black oil sunflower seeds and mix my own? I'm trying to attract woodpeckers, finches, chickadees, and blue jays, but have a ton of Cardinals, crows, and what I believe are grackles. I like them all, but I'd like to attract a variety instead of just those few types. Any insight is appreciated, thanks in advance!
