Hows this grip for a beginner 🤡?
I have been hitting the gym consistently for 6 months now and i realized i love working out my forearms and grip strength more than anything. I do love holding smooth plates and standing still till i can't hold them. I wanted to know where i stand. Feel free to roast me to perfection. I also added this weird excersise to my routine where i pick the Dumbell up from the bulbous end without chalk and try to get them on the lower rack. Went from 30 kgs to 40 in a month. Ik it looks stupid cause it probably is but i have fun doing it.
