Commissioning feasibility and advice

Good afternoon.

First a little background:

I am currently an active duty enlisted that will have 3 years in my belt this november.

I joined very late (33 years old) and will be turning 37 this December.

I have around 27 college credits.

Question:

I want to study aeronautics or its relevant engineering degree. Will it be possible to graduate and submit a package before I turn 40? I know I might only be able to turn in one package but even that is ok for me.

I also have an interest in nursing. Will it be better for me to focus on the nursing route instead because of the higher age limit?

Thank you for all your help

Starting college at 36 with a goal of becoming an Air Force officer

Hi everyone,

I’m 36 years old and currently working toward my bachelor’s degree. My goal is to commission as an Air Force officer after I graduate.

I know I’ll be older than many applicants by the time I finish school, so I’m wondering how realistic my chances are.

Has anyone here been selected for OTS in their mid-to-late 30s? What was your experience like?

Are there age-related challenges I should be aware of, and what can I do now to make myself a stronger candidate?

I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Small nostrils

I’d like to hear from other Exotic owners.
My cat seems to have very small nostrils, and I’m wondering if anyone here has had surgery to correct stenotic nares (widening the nostrils).
If you’ve had it done:
How was the recovery?
Did you notice a significant improvement in breathing?
Would you do it again?
Approximately how much did it cost?
I also have pet insurance and am curious whether anyone was able to get this procedure covered by insurance. If so, which company did you use and how much was covered?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, both positive and negative. Thank you! 😊🐱💕
