I have been playing Skarner lately, I managed to make him work pretty well, but totally focusing on 1rst ability, because I couldn't count on his passive damage, I already compared the passive with Vi or Morde, that also have % damage passive, but tody I remembered about Gnar after fighting one.

Its insanely better even if Gnar is a ranged champ on that form, it's just a secondary passive, but deals more % damage even on lvl 1, has basic damage out of %; the damage is instantaneous, you don't have to wait 3s to the enemy take the entire damage; and also gives you movement speed (similar to Vi, that gives you attack speed); and the most usable part, it stacks with ANY ability, unlike Skarner that the shield one doesn't stack even if has total sense because it's a shockwave.

I'm not asking for a insane buff, I'm just asking for at least a decent extra non % damage, or slow the enemies along the duration, or get attack speed like Vi does.

Or even as a great change, as the passive is infinite while you Keep hitting the enemy, make it deal more damage if the enemy keeps being affected to benefit the long fight.

I know that skarner has good damage, but also should have useful passive as others, and not just focus on hit with rocks.

BTW, Jarvan needs a check too, feels clunky have ruined sword with cooldown as a passive.

Shojin should give normal skill haste.

Based on cost, compared with other items, it has sense to have normal skill haste; the item also buff your ult too, sometimes I just prefer not to make it because my champ needs to have ready the ult.

The item isn't meta either, so shouldn't be the great deal.

After all, the basic skill haste or the ult haste, is just a weaker version because the time reduction isn't accumulative so it's the same but only on half on your kit, that's why Malignity has both and your ult isn't 15s cooldown just with it.

Arena should stop adding runes with true damage.

The name if the rune says all, why tanks would need armour and resistance if any champ with a AS limit break rune can have this not even being top tier rune?

Im tired of playing special modes with tanks, and see new special runes like this, that just makes your champ focused on hold the enemies useless.

Could they just, put a nice % damage on it instead of making it true? There's nobwaybto reduce that damage or heal fast enough before being evaporated.

We had the same problem with missile runes on first seasons (favourite of Teemos & Singeds)

BTW, out of that, don't you think that the new special random items & gold obtain should be changed? Literally, if you aren't a tank you have to wait more that 3 rounds to buy antiheal and still have damage.

This Smolder "mechanic" should be removed.

I was playing Sion and I noticed something before death cam, why Smolder burn applies Serylda effect? They had a lot of struggles balancing him, and they didn't though about removing that wrong interaction?

Someone could say "that burn damage came from the skill, so have sense" then I would respond that Smolder has no passive, just the stacks bonuses like Aurelion, so they should be perceived as that.

there's only 1 skill that should apply in that way and is, actually, Nidalee trap.

Sometimes they should just check the most played builds and see why they're working so well.

Smolder passive scale isn't the problem but they killed it eitherly.

I recently played smolder on AAAram, I didn't have the accumulations rune, but I managed to arrive to almos 400 charges, and the damage was insanely bad taking out the 2,5% of AD scale of the burn, the "passive" scale was probably giving me like 3% of true damage over 3s (not d/s according to the text)

So the real problem with smolder and why's strong is the 6,5% of execution just with 165 charges, right?

I only play him on Aram etc, but wow, he can't be compared with Aurelion on late.

I really don't understand how the balance team didn't arrive to that conclusion, every new champ that has "Execution" mechanic has insane amount of balance problems, also we can see it with Mel (the KS expert).

Collect hero like heroes charge or Soul hunters, but 3D, with dark aesthetic, and no, it wasn't heroes charge 3D but was similar, you had fights with big bosses, dungeons where you choose the path and a void under the path.

I'm still wondering, why this item is only capped on Wild Rift in that way? Literally we only have 1 way to get item haste on normal games. And if balance is the problem, just remove the "Max" HP part, that would prevent light fighters to get profit.

How to counter the spirit with the ring.

If you're lucky, and have the thing that my barbarian has, you can completely block it, and while it's exposed on the middle of your team, you can easily take it out, the item says "no damage take" but also nulify stuns & the spirit K.O skill.

Zyra plants don't apply as skills, only work with Serylda & Liandri, as they were programmed, but nothing else, no rift maker, luden, infinity orb, antiheal, etc...

With runes we go even worse, as you can se none of them react. (the most close we had was that funny bug with Kraken killer rune 😂)

also the same with Annie, her bear never worked with anything.

Also tried with Heimer, his turrets work pretty well on almost everything, except for the new long fight secondary rune.

They should really fix this, Annie & Zyra already got some reworks, but they didn't touch that poor interaction in any moment, I don't wanna see long future champs like Yorick or Elise have the same problem.
