

Talking about Skarner passive again:
I have been playing Skarner lately, I managed to make him work pretty well, but totally focusing on 1rst ability, because I couldn't count on his passive damage, I already compared the passive with Vi or Morde, that also have % damage passive, but tody I remembered about Gnar after fighting one.
Its insanely better even if Gnar is a ranged champ on that form, it's just a secondary passive, but deals more % damage even on lvl 1, has basic damage out of %; the damage is instantaneous, you don't have to wait 3s to the enemy take the entire damage; and also gives you movement speed (similar to Vi, that gives you attack speed); and the most usable part, it stacks with ANY ability, unlike Skarner that the shield one doesn't stack even if has total sense because it's a shockwave.
I'm not asking for a insane buff, I'm just asking for at least a decent extra non % damage, or slow the enemies along the duration, or get attack speed like Vi does.
Or even as a great change, as the passive is infinite while you Keep hitting the enemy, make it deal more damage if the enemy keeps being affected to benefit the long fight.
I know that skarner has good damage, but also should have useful passive as others, and not just focus on hit with rocks.
BTW, Jarvan needs a check too, feels clunky have ruined sword with cooldown as a passive.
