I sold a pair of EU 41 shoes, I stated EU 41 in both descriptions and photo, and chose UK 7.5.
And the user received order asking for return because it's too big for her as she is UK 7 and my shoes should be 8 not 7.5. I stated cleanly it's EU 41 and the photo showing "41"...
I'm moving house so I can't take the return.
I contacted support but no reply yet.
