Had a horror experience on my very first delivery. I picked the order up, but the app wouldn't update as collected and on my way. I ended up messaging the support but they were utterly terrible - writing contradictory sentences and with mistakes so serious that I genuinely couldn't understand what they were saying. It legitimately was worse than school-level English.

Anyway, I drove to the customer's home and delivered the order. But by then, support had cancelled it for some reason. I had to message and a day later that added £3 to my account. Unfortunately they still didn't explain how I can mark an order as collected and myself as on my way to deliver it. Does anyone know what to do?

In your experience, what's the best time to log in on the morning of the exam booking window being opened? Or is the queue entirely random to the extent that you can hop on at 9:59 and luckily get ahead of someone who was there 2 hours earlier?
