"It's all a big nothing"

And she was right, the world is such a big nothing. I think the reason why I can't see what I'll look and be like in my 30s is because I most likely won't live that long. There's too much horrible bullshit happening in the world, my head is fucked up and no one is going to even so much as be there for me, so what's the point? Living without this disorder is hard enough, how tf am I supposed to make it any further when everything is against me?

Black and white thinking is such a pain to deal with honestly😭

Like, sometimes it feels genuinely impossible to not think this way and after someone says that it's not a good way of thinking, you feel like that's how you've always thought about things even though that's also not true. I'm sometimes also quite dismissive towards non black and white thinking which solidifies it, even though I'm trying my best not to think that way

🥺

I need someone to be that comfort and love that I never received as a child and disregard the fact that I am very much unstable and unlovable asf

Thnx

Title

Sometimes it's the effort to maintain it for me as well, like, being so emotionally and mentally exhausted almost all the time makes me not want to put in the effort to texting people back and then I also eventually forget to text after telling myself that I'll do it every time, but will come back and continue the conversation like I didn't respond for two weeks and act surprised that people don't immediately respond back like wtf

If you think it's bad being with us, imagine how hard it actually just BEING one of us.

Always remember to be kind and take care of your loved ones, especially people who suffer from mental illness.
