How does normal warding work on lee sin? If I know I'm going to gank at the end of a clear should I always keep one ward in the chamber for ward hopping? Should I ever switch to sweeper?

I've been trying to download it but when I try to switch to the pbe client it says I need a PBE account so I try to make one and then it asks me to download the client again so I try that and then it says I need a pbe account. I don't understand..
