Battle of the Warehouse Club Pellet Grills

I'm looking to add my first pellet grill. I currently have an 18" WSM (which makes good food, but I'm looking for convenience and more capacity), a Weber Genesis, Weber kettle and Gozney Dome pizza oven, so I don't really need a do-all cooker. If you were buying today, which of these would you choose?

Member's Mark 36" from Sam's - $549

Pit Boss Heritage from Costco - $699

I'm leaning towards the MM36 as I like the wood chunk compartment and it seems to be built like a tank. The $150 price difference is also nice. Wi-fi on the Pit Boss would be nice, but I've gotten by for years without it on my WSM as I have a first gen Thermoworks Smoke thermometer still chugging along, plus a lot of complaints seem to be centered around the PitBoss app, so a potential failure/frustration point.

Downtown Parking Garage w/ >7'0" Clearance

Kind of a specific question, but do any of the parking garages downtown have a clearance greater than 7'0"? I know street parking may sometimes available on a Friday night if I get lucky or look hard enough, but need to plan ahead in case I can't find any. I've looked at several of the major garages on Google Maps and they all seem to have 7'0" clearance.

After 7 years of serving me well, I decided to ditch my Enkei RPT1s and 285/70r18 ATW4s and move to 17" Nomad Saharas in machined finish. I'm pretty sure my dad had these same wheels on his Mazda 929 in the 90s. Tires are the Hankook Dynapro XT in 285/75r17. Got a steal on the tires at $230ea and so far they seem to be an improvement over my Falkens.
